great hotel experience
nice pool clean room staff
the breakfast options suited my needs well. the pool area was nice, and i found the staff approachable. i appreciated the clean and spacious room.
the air conditioning in the room didn't quite work as well as i'd hoped.

the swimming pool was well maintained, and there was a pool bar available. i noticed a good size of the children's pool. there were also several spots to eat lunch near the pool

the check-in and check-out processes were smooth, i found it quick. the staff showed a high level of care. one staff member at the pool bar provided very good service and spoke fluent english.

the hotel has easy access to restaurants nearby and the street food. the hotel is located just off a main road, but side streets were available. it did not take long to walk to the beach.

There was an egg station at breakfast, which i liked. i saw pancakes as well as typical thai food offered. the hotel restaurant food was delicious. We loved the quality.

clean rooms and fantastic service
clean room good breakfast motorcycle rental
i stayed a few nights the staff were nice and helpful. the swimming pool was good and very clean. i had a great breakfast the food variety was excellent. i found motorcycle rental nearby which was useful.
the hotel location is near a busy road which requires walking if you don't get a taxi this can be inconvenient

unfriendly staff faulty air con
the pool was acceptable. i could order food and drinks near it.
the air CON did not work appropriately. i complained, and someone tried to fix IT, BUT the air con STILL did not function the following night. staff were NOT overly friendly.

separate shower great breakfast maintained swimming pool
I liked that the room had a separate shower. the breakfast offered great quality and variety. That was really nice. the swimming pool was well maintained and included a pool bar, a bonus!
The hotel is just off a very busy main road. You must walk down it if you don't get a taxi.
